I am totally against the the proposed rules that will affect my future with the federal government. I took my position with the civil service for job security but the proposed rules are jeopardizing that for me. I can't believe that anyone would think that these changes are in the best interest of the employees/organization. Please hear my cry/voice on this issue. Thank you.
