Comments:
The NSPS is the beginning of the end for the Federal Civil Service employee. It is wrong to have a system that is 100% in support of management with no protections built in for the employee. "Out with the old, in with the new." ThIs NSPS is a way to force the older workers out, save a lot of money, and share the money among management. Many career employees will be getting fired, forced out or otherwise laid off before they have the chance to collect on their retirements. This is going to tie up the court systems and cost the tax payers a lot of money.
