I would like to know why, after all these years you are changing rules to such a degree that it would affect all normal home life. By that I mean who could be ready in 72 hours with children. Especially single-parents? Seems to me this is breaking the very foundation of this land. By breaking up the home and the children being left virtually alone who will raise them. Where is there sense of security? Relationships, marriages, etc. will be broken. No family life anymore. The American Family is the foundation of this land. Now you are about to break this foundation. If you want to change the rules, would it not be, in all fairness, better to have instigated these rules with any new employees that come in after the start date, and for those who signed up with a different set of rules not fall under this reign. For instance the "Grandfather Clause". These rules were not in place when your current workforce was hired and they are not being told of these changes until the last second. It sounds more like we are going back in time instead of forward.
