Comments:
The following comments are submitted after my overview of this new proposed NSPS system and pertain to many many parts such as 9901.918 and 919 and 9901.914 specificially because I could hardly believe what I was reading.. At a time when trust in our elected officials is at an all time low. At a time when our country is experiencing the worst internal and potentially disastrious world events..At a time when U.S. citizens and especially Federal employees are asked to support war efforts around the globe.. At a time when our way of life is threathened on a daily basis...Why.. Why.. Why.. should any rationale entity expect us to blindly accept this proposed new system especially when half the proposals are to be announced at a later time...The information is sketchy and incomplete and frankly even to the most uninformed reeks of a major abdication of personal rights and fairness in the workplace... Don't ask us to buy a pig in a poke..Don't expect us to blindly accept a new system when you haven't done your homework. We're a generation that researches the amount of hard drive we want on our next computer.. Isn't the future of Federal employees at least that important?
