Comments:
After review of the NSPS proposed regulations, I strongly believe it will be counter productive if implemented. This will strip away the checks and balances that has slowed down favoritism and will encourage it where ever managers have influence over their friends and family. I am very much against the NSPS proposed regulations. There will be to much power in the wrong hands.
