THE PROPOSED EMPLOYEMENT SYSTEM WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR THE CURRENT OR FUTURE EMPLOYEES OF THE US GOVERNMENT DUE TO THE UNKNOWN STANDARDS OF THE SYSTEM. ONE CAN NOT INSTITUTE LABOR CODES OR LAWS ON A FLY AS YOU GO BASIS. THE AMBIGUITY OF THE UNKNOWN LAWS LEAVES THE SYSTEM UNFAIR TO HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS OF THE GOVERNMENT. THE CURRENT SYSTEM HAS SEVERAL FLAWS BUT THEY ARE KNOWN AND SHOULD BE INFORCED AS WRITTEN. PROPOSED SYSTEM WILL NOT BE FAIR TO ALL CONCERNED. DO NOT IMPLEMENT THE NEW NSPS SYSTEM. IT HAS MERIT BUT LEAVES MANAGEMENT WIDE OPEN FOR UNFAIR TREATMENT TO ALL EMPLOYEES. I INTEND TO WRITE ALL OF MY CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS CONCERNING THE PROPOSED NSPS LAWS. MY VOICE WILL BE HEARD ON THIS MATTER. NEW LAWS WILL ENFORCE UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES AND TREATMENT TO GOVERNMENT WORKERS AND COULD BE IMPLEMENTED ON ALL HONEST WORKERS IN THE UNITED STATES.
