Comments:
I work at an Air Force Base in Utah where just about everyone grew up with everyone, from childhood through college; and, almost everyone is related to everyone, either directly or through marriage. I have made Utah my home, because my husband is a military retiree who had Hill AFB as his last duty station; therefore, I am NOT related to anyone who works on base. I am concerned that supervisors will give their friends and family members better ratings in order to get them the promotions and bonuses, leaving those of us without a friends and family network in the dark, or worse, fired! Nepotism is rampant here already. This new NSPS is only going to add fuel to the fire.
