I am afraid the change in the disciplinary procedures will open the door to further abuse of employees in the Department of Defense. I am not sure why people are afraid of the current system. It protects the rights of individuals from abuse and insures management acts in a responsible manner. The new rules open the doors for destruction of good people in the government. I recommend the rules as proposed be modified to bring back the balance of protection.
