This big change in the system for DoD does not sound very secure. The WIGI buy-in, although you receive a salary increase upon conversion but the raise may be the last you will ever see for a long time. NSPS may include a locality-based component of pay, again, it may not be a great thing because of depending on the pay pool, you may or may not see a raise, or very small raise. Many are concerned about disabled employees such as Deaf/Hard of Hearing, that they will not get much or any bonuses because of favorisms that go around for a long time. I thought our mission was to work as a team, and to accomplish the mission for our servicemen/women and the country. Not to cause any problems such as back-stabbing, reduced respects for everyone. We should be able to continue to get annual raise as the cost of living rises...
