I totally disagree with NSPS. Giving another person the authority to have control over the success of your career is unspeakable. If you have a supervisor who doesn't like you for who you are, what you believe, or just because you are not in his/her click (eventhough you are an outstanding employee) he is given the power of how well you succeed. This is absolutely unfair by any means.
