I'm concerned about the Disabilities' right ~ Will it be same as before or Is it going to be a huge change??? What am I saying is that because alot of time, Many Deaf, Hard of Hearing people who try to apply a job and unable to get a job because of "depending on Dept of Rehab. Service (DRS), who help(s) them finding a job" and second thing is that their communication is much different than hearing people. Their first langauge ~ American Sign Language (ASL) which it made it harder on Deaf, Hard of hearing, Hearing Impaired to understanding the English. Also Will they and/or I be able to receive training classes just like hearing people do??? Because they are having a hard time getting an (ASL) Interpreter and the Command would not pay for it.
