I don't get any awards for any spectacular work that I do now....my work is backed up with commendation letters and such.....your faith in supervisors ablity to be impartial to their lower positions is full of false hope...it will cause problems down the line....if any thing you should rate employess in another objective method....coming back with a comment that's says "Its the only system we have to evaluate an employee" doesn't wash.......it lazy on your part.....you don't fully understand the govt problems.....
