I have been seeing that there are couple of favorism in my command and I dont feel that it is fair. Some people are trying to get promoted and some people are trying to find different jobs that can get promoted easy. Also there are people that get award more than 2 times. One people in our command get award 3 times with in 3 years in a row. I dont feel right that the person keep getting awards. They are doing Civilan of the year and Quarter of the year. I am disability and I been trying to work very hard on my job. The favorism need to stop and I will say something or file grevice to the EEO. Is there something that NSPS can do about it????
