I am a 26 year Federal Worker, and I very concerned that my years of dedicated service will put put in jeapordy by management. I am also very disappointed to know that if a RIF action happens, my loyal 26 years of service would only be looked at in event of a tie. Someone that has 3 or more years could have my job! I honestly feel that the new NSPF system will only conjure LOW moral and poor performance! I worked hard to get to where I am today, starting at a clerk typist GS-02 - and putting myself through school to become a GS-12 Logistical Manager (financial). DO not take away my step increases and my TENURE!
