I just recieved this by email. I have read just a little but I believe it is unfair to employees. If the supervisor like someone they will get more money and if not the stay put at the same pay. Who checks on the supervisors? to make sure they are treating employees fair? I would like more time to read this and maybe I would understand more than what I think was there. But change is not good unless the employees can work without fear or favor.
