NSPS- I do not like the sound of this. It seems as though we are going backwards instead of forward. If this is implemented, you might as well say there is no more Civil Service. We will be like Corporate America. I see management having too much control. This implementation allows room for "PARTIALITY". I have dealt with this particular aspect enough in life. I foresee a lot of Prejudice and Discrimination to come. Why try to fix something that is not broken? We have come too far. This NSPS needs to be shut down. As far as I am concern, this is an easier way of being able to hire and fire. I call this tool, NSPS, a control mechanism. I hope this thing back fires. The negative out weighs the positive. I appreciate having the opportunity to express my views and thoughts. Good Luck to us all!
