I have worked for the DOD for 19 years, and the good ole boy system has been in place the whole time, there are always going to be bad supervisors, and personaility conflicts, you can't give them the power to solely hand out promotions and hire and fire, this will only benefit their firends and family members, they will be the only ones getting promotions and jobs. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN. There are good hard working employees that don't deserve this.
