Comments:
This plan is unnecessary, and will hurt the military's ability to do their job. The Rock Island Arsenal has provided equipment for my father and me when we were in the military, and the Arsenal is still providing equipment for our soldiers in Iraq. Why does Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld want to ruin the federal service and hurt our soldiers? This plan should be pulled back immediately, and let Rock Island Arsenal employees like my wife, do their jobs to support the military.
