Apparently, the main focus for NSPS is national security. How is a new system of hiring/firing really going to enhance national security. I'm sure if personnel put our national security at risk, there would be no problem terminating them immediately. I agree that we need a streamlined way of hiring and firing, but this seems to be returning to the old good ol' boy way of management. Granted this happens now, but this system will only garner more of this type of preference.
