Comments:
1. I think it is unfare to include the Cost of Living increase in with the Peformance Rating System because if your boss doesn't like you for some reason and gives you a poor rating it could cost the employee his COLA. As you know the cost of living and your health benefits do go up every year. That could be devistating for a lot of employees who count on that COLA. 2. Where do the Wage Grade employees fit in on this new system?
