Bush and Rumsfeld want to cram NSPS down our throats without showing us what's wrong with Civil Service.They don't give examples where CS is failing. SHOW US EXAMPLES WHERE NSPS IS BETTER, MORE EFFICENT, MORE SECURE! GIVE US EVEN ONE!!! You know why they don't? BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY!!!!!
