Subpart C - 9901.342(a)(2) NFFE Local 639 objects to the authority proposed for the rating official to prepare a “more current rating of record” “if an appropriate rating official determines that an employee’s current performance is inconsistent with that” current rating. Timeframes need to be established for such “more current” ratings to provide the employee an opportunity to improve performance prior to receiving a more current rating.
