The Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 establishes performance standards and periodic evaluation of performance. NSPS proposes removing this national law and replacing it with a single individual's personal opinion. One that cannot be challenged, by the way. Am I the only one to see how absurd this is? Bring back the coal baron days, boys.
