Comments:
There are many supervisors out there that dislike many of their employees. How are the supervisors going to be fair when handing out raises/awards? Who's going to look out for the employee and reprimand the supervisor for being unfair? Why give all the power to the supervisor? Everyone knows they are not fair to a lot of the employees and never will be. The current pay plan should be kept in effect. There will be no incentive under the new system for the employee to work harder especially when you have supervisors that won't be fair.
