It states that NSPS will not effect our retirement. How can you say that when our pay increases are determined by a Supervisor who is biased against you. That has a definate affect on my retirement. Once again the "GOOD OLE BOY" club is alive and well. Break out the knee pads. Thats the way to a good appraisal. Not good work or doing your job.
