Comments:

I currently work for the Department of Defense. We are in the process of interviewing for several job openings. Each candidate has asked questions about the National Security Personnel System. Of particular concern is the Pay Bands. To the best of my knowledge, and according to the National Security Personnel System web site, the Pay Bands have NOT been established. Why would anyone accepted a job with the Department of Defense when we cannot tell them a salary range or give them specific information concerning the National Security Personnel System? This system will cost me two highly qualified candidates because I can not provide even basic information. Implementation of the National Security Personnel System without defining the entire system is ABSURD!
