Not giving personal information will become the norm in the future if what is proposed is allowed to become law. Employees will no longer feel secure to speak up. Over the past few years the base by base CPO offices have been done away with and regional or central offices set up to do away with exactly what this new system will distroy. Once again the employees will be dependent on the "good will" of the supervisor or managers. The very thing the system was suppose to change. I am glad that I will be soon retiring from this system because it seems to be headed toward special interest groups once more. Of course I do not really believe that the comments made by the employees will be of any consideration in final decisions...this forum is merely for show. However, I did not want to hear later that employees were given a chance but had so little interest in their fate that they did not respond or pay attention to what is going on around them in respect to their rights and regulations that govern them.
