I don't beleave there is enough information out on this subject for most anyone to make a educated decission on the proposed program, even during the seminars several questions could not be answered and untill a large percentage of government employees have a good understanding of this program it should not be inacted. I honnestly hope that this isn't anouther government program that will shoved down our throats without giving us employees a chance to understand the program without question. All to often major decissions are made on our behalf by someone who has no clue or specific interest in the end result, please don't let this be the case in this matter because it will affect us all.
