If females weren't already discriminated enough under the old system, now we open up more "good ole boys" to limit pay, duty assignments, and awards based on how they view the world. Under the old system, at least I got a yearly raise. I predict that a good many of the female DOD population will be extremely limited under NSPS. How can I protect myself from a supervisor that just doesn't like me? With union representation limited and pay raises based on so called "merit", what assurance do I have that I will be treated fairly? I and my colleagues are highly professional people. How is limiting the DOD workforce ensuring national security?
