Please do not implement this program. We will lose all our protection and head back to the days of the "Good Ole Boy network". Right now, the system works as it should. If you change it, the productivity and incentive of the workforce will deteriorate. This will be because now people who are in jobs where they do not get along with the bss for whatever reason, will not have any chance for promotion
