How can this be national security? There would be no job security. Your work force will rotate every so many years. Compare, no job security for DoD and benefits are so so. Civilian sector has no job security also but pays one in-half-times more and their benefits are the same or more. What do you think DoD personnel are going to do??? There will be no core people left. No one will go to a combat zone and NOT get compensated (combat pay, tax free zones, etc...all gone). The is corporate government....I.E. ENRON but on a bigger scale (screw the little guy, pay the CEO). Give a pay raise to the Director for his accomplishment of laying off personnel. There will be no loyalty to DoD what so ever. People will only care about themselves will be left. People will not work as a team but will be encourage to compete against their fellow worker. This would encourge finding dirt, brown nosing, etc. How can this enhance national security when everybody will be out for themselves?
