I have been employed for 19 yrs. While this is not where I could make the MOST money, it is where I enjoy working. I have seen many a change, half of those for the better. I would like to list my fears below: 1. Many employees know more than the supervisors about the workings of the job. It is hard enough to swallow some of the things they make us do . 2. If this major change isnt about saving the government money, than I am afraid there would be no change. 3. Who are the people making these new rules, and how much is it benefitting them. 4. There is just too much biased judgement with the system. The supervisor are just not impartial enough to trust our futures in their hands. 5. Why cant this system be introduced in increments of years, just in case it all goes to hell in a hand basket, we may be able to save pieces of it. 6. I am not in favor of this change at least until some guarantees can be put in place. Sometimes you cant trust some peoples WORDS.
