Comments:
I do not agree with the changes that are going into effect for Federal employees. The changes going into effec; pay, overtime. civilian deployment, flextime, and appraisals are not fair, nor are there check and balances for employees. The system places to much power to supervisors who will not treat ALL employees fairly.
