Subpart H - 9901.805(c) NFFE Local 639 objects to the proposed provision that appeals “may be grieved through a negotiated grievance procedure” since no such grievance procedure exists at the national level and “any provision of a collective bargaining agreement” may be deemed unenforceable subject to the proposed provisions of 9901.905.
