Comments:
I cannot see this system working fairly for civilians because we have military supervisors whom turn over frequently and most of whom cannot even do the jobs we are currently doing. They are asigned to us because they made a new rank not because they have experience in doing the jobs. I don't like this under the old systen but I tollerate it because of longeverty. How can these people decide what salary band we should be in when they don't even really know all that we do? I think this system would be very unfair to many of us.
