The Table 2 - Sample Rating Methodoloy is a confusion. I disagree with your idea of the table. The rating level 1 should start a zero to level gradient to the high score of share range 9-10. Notice the rating level 4 with share range 3-6 should be 3-5. Why do you put N/A on the rating level 1? No sense. You must think of the equal employee opportunity to be fair for others. Please change your table to reconstruct. Thanks.
