I'M opposed to the bill because it has nothing to do with national security. My first consern is giving first line supervisors the power to give raises hire an fire, or send you anywhere they need you without going by seniority. We have bosses that try to rule like there back in the stone ages. That is to much power with that kind of mind set. That is just one of the resens we should keep collective bargaining agreements. The current pay system should stay the same as we have now. I no that most people in hi office don't listen to people like us because i see the same right here on this base. But i hope you at least look at all of us because we're all giving up more freedom and it won't change security at all. Signed Wallace Behrens
