Comments:
Staffing: I personally don't like the idea of being looked at as a deployable asset. I don't like being subject to someone's whim on where I have to work. It's one thing to volunteer and do so. Pay and workers rights: I don't think salaries and placement in RIF no longer take into account seniority, is hardly fair to someone who has a single bad year. All this power being held by one person that can't be challenged, is hardly going to keep people around.
