Comments:
The recent regulations proposed by DOD have made me greatly concernes for the bleak future of federal government employees. I am disheartened by the devastating impact such changes may have on the federal government's work environment. Favoritism and unfairness will undermine service committment and quality of work. Indeed, such changes if implemented will make the working for the federal goverment deter rather than attract prospective employees.
