I feel NSPS has taken away the employees rights that we have worked for the last 40 years under the shield NATIONAL SECURITY. I have pride working for the Dept of Defense because as long as I do my job correctly I would not suffer adversely for standing up for this right but now if my supervisor does not agree with my correct decesion the only appeal process I have is meaningless because there is no unbias 3rd artibatrator. Isn't this the way the Post Office started
