NSPS does not give any assurances that we employees will be able to continue receiving and keeping any annual cost of living increase that are determined by congress and that locality pay will continue and that union representation is continued to all employees. Additionally, high performer versus poor performer pay for NSPS is ridiculous. Poor performers should be terminated and the remaining employees should not have different wages for the same type of work based on performance.
