Pertaining to Managers rating employees and their performance being a key factor in raises and cost of living, I feel as others that the employees that are the "suck ups" which we all know goes on will be the favored ones for performance increases not strictly based on performance. This gets me to my other point on having the suprvisors employees rate the supervisor on his or her manageriel skills, because we have a lot of supervisors that have no right/qualification/skills to be in a supervisory position. The performance pay pool will need to be managed by a nutural party because the the allocated money will be used up in a greater amount in upper management and as it trickles down the lowest will get the lowest raise. How will the pay pool be managed and by whom or will the money dry up and be less and less available each year, so we need to know the criteria that it will be based on.
