Comments:
Re. the proposed National Security Personnel System (NSPS) regulations issued by the Department of Defense and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) As a Civil Service employee for more than 25 years, I am deeply concerned about the potential for abuse and misconduct (favoritism, reprisals, etc.) the proposed NSPS regulations give the Dept. of Defense. In addition, the many safeguards of employees' rights earned through years of collective bargaining stand to be nullified through the implementation of the NSPS. Definitely not a good thing. Please identify this comment as being AGAINST the proposed National Security Personnel System as it currently stands.
