According to the NSPS proposal, the only third party to hear a grievance settlement would be a DOD-appointed National Security Relations Board, with no union reps. Now, let's think about that. A DOD appointed supervisor accuses me, rightly or wrongly, of an infraction worthy of disciplinary action. We take it to a DOD appointed board with no union representation on it. Even if I am in the right, what chance do you think a DOD appointed board will not back up a DOD appointed supervisor? You propose to be accuser, judge, jury and executioner. The last time something like this was done, it was called The Iquisition.
