Comments:
I felt compelled to make my comment on this new proposed NSPS system. This is a perfect opportunity for Management to once again over look hard working employees that don't brown nose or has an opinion that is not necessary the same as their manager. I am a hard working employee that has been with the government for 17 years and I can remember having only one supervisor that graded employees fairly. All the rest have the power trip thing going on, only rewarding employees that they like or subordinates that has a friend in a high position that may effect Management's position. An if you think race, religion...etc. won't have a play in this I have the old proverbial Ocean front property in Arizona for sale for you. Please don't let this proposal go through without first listing to what employees have to say and give better clarification for laymen like me.
