Comments:
Supervision will have the non workers and pets promoted. Seniority due to time and experience will no longer be counted. Lower pay will make more street people. Take away teamwork. WIth all of these you will no longer have the workers to get the work done as the real workers will go elsewhere due to the unfairness of the workplace due to the new laws and regulations. This will put the workplace, the security the safety of the workers and the united States and our people who sail the ships and boats in jeapardy with unknowledgable inexpeienced supervision leading the same kind of workers, with no rights. With 33 years of experience a person should have the right of promotion so that this knowledge can be passed on. No rights, no promotions, no raises, no teamwork, etc., lead to shoddy second hand work and an unsafe workplace with unhappy workers who no longer care because they no longer have anything to work or look forward to.(No future).
