Comments:
The majority of Government Employees do not want this new proposed personel system to take affect. It takes away all bargarning right's. Absolute Power Currupts. The intent of ("Post 9/11") Congress is being misused. The current system has "Check's & Balances" where the new proposed system won't. Repeal & Stop this Maddness. The new proposed "NSPS" is Anti-American, Anti-Baby-Boomer, And a scam on the American Public.
