Comments:
Under the new system, a smaller agency such as ours would open more widely an ongoing problem. Right now there is still a "good old boys" system in place. You get extra bonus' because the boss likes you. In the new system, those not liked by the boss, will be passed over for any increases, for any reason they drum-up (it will look legal) and if you rebut it, you will be named a trouble maker. Our higher headquarters always backs their managers right or wrong.
