Comments:
1. The Pay Band will not be a fair and equitable process. You have Supervisors that are incompetent. They believe in Brown Nosing and not making waves on how to reward you. 2. How can you implement NSPS if you did not begin with Policies, Procedures and Regulations? Here again is it one of those Supervisor's implementing this new Pay System? After reading this NSPS proposal, it seems that the Personnel at the top will reap the largest salary and those at the bottom will receive none. In my Opinion, the NSPS will only open doors to unfavorable acts against it.
