Comments:
Our present system is not perfect, and we all know this. But doing away with somethings is not going to work, nor improve is just going to worsing the actual chronical situation that we are facing today. Why keep us in the dark about what will happen in certain areas of the system, to forcre implementartion on us and leave us no recourse. Given back all power to management is not the way to go, federal employees in it's majority are very hard working devoted people. Always ready to serve the country. NSPS will mostly benefit those in power and their favorites. I'm not in accordance with the change.
